Article 1 — Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all sales of food supplements made on the trycatelia.com website. Any purchase on our site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 — Products
Catelia markets food supplements made from natural ingredients. The products offered are food supplements and are in no way medicines. They do not replace medical treatment or a varied and balanced diet. Results may vary from person to person.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Catelia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of order validation. Delivery costs are indicated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Article 4 — Order
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the address provided by the customer. Catelia reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, insufficient stock, or a manifest pricing error.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit card via a secure payment platform using the SSL protocol. The customer's banking data is never stored on our servers. In case of payment refusal by the banking institution, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Article 6 — Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Catelia cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or customs. In case of a lost or damaged package, the customer must contact our customer service at support@trycatelia.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalty. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to support@trycatelia.com. Products must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
Beyond the legal withdrawal period, Catelia offers a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
Article 8 — Guarantee and refund
Catelia offers a 90-day money-back guarantee. If the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can contact our customer service at support@trycatelia.com to initiate a refund. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase within 5 to 7 business days after validation of the request. Only one refund per customer will be granted under this guarantee.
Article 9 — Responsibility
Catelia food supplements are not medicines. Catelia cannot be held responsible for use that does not comply with the recommendations indicated on the packaging and on the website. It is advisable to consult a doctor before any use in case of ongoing medical treatment, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or a particular medical condition. The products are not recommended for people under 18 years of age.
Article 10 — Intellectual property
All content present on trycatelia.com, including texts, images, logos, videos, and descriptions, are the exclusive property of Catelia and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any total or partial reproduction without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Article 11 — Personal data
Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy available on our website. In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by contacting support@trycatelia.com.

Article 16 — Banking disputes and chargebacks
All customers agree to contact Catelia's customer service at support@trycatelia.com before initiating any banking dispute or chargeback procedure.
Opening a dispute without a prior attempt at amicable resolution constitutes an action contrary to these General Terms and Conditions accepted during the order.
In this case, Catelia reserves the right to dispute the claim with the customer's banking institution, by providing:
